Shipping destinations, delivery services, costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout after the store's shipping settings are confirmed. We will not promise a delivery timeframe until the fulfilment method is verified.

Returns

For UK customers, statutory consumer rights apply. For most online purchases, customers generally have 14 days after delivery to notify the retailer that they wish to cancel, followed by 14 days to return the goods, subject to legal exceptions. Faulty or misdescribed items have separate legal protections.
